About Measure to Evolve

After years of working with data, managing projects, and conducting social research, Esperanza recognised a common challenge across the sector. Many organisations were so focused on delivering services that they had little time or capacity to step back and evaluate what was truly working.

At the same time, growing competition for funding created a stronger demand for clear, evidence-based demonstrations of impact.

Measure to Evolve was born from Esperanza’s desire to bridge the gap between service delivery and meaningful evaluation — helping organisations not only capture their outcomes, but understand them, learn from them, and use them to grow, adapt, and thrive.

As a woman-led consultancy with lived experience of the social barriers faced by people from culturally diverse backgrounds and people with disability, Measure to Evolve brings an inclusive and empathetic perspective to every project.
