About Measure to Evolve
After years of working with data, managing projects, and conducting research, Esperanza recognised a common challenge across the sector. Many organisations were so focused on delivering services, that they lacked the time and capacity to step back and evaluate what was truly working. At the same time, increasing competition for funding has driven a growing demand for clear, evidence-based demonstrations of impact. Measure to Evolve was born from Esperanza’s desire to bridge the gap between service delivery and meaningful evaluation, and to help build organisations’ capacity to access the insights they need to grow, adapt, and thrive.
