Our Story

Measure to Evolve was established to help organisations move beyond outputs to understanding and demonstrating the difference they make. We partner with government, local government and community organisations to measure outcomes, strengthen evidence, and use insights to improve programs, services and strategy.

As a woman-led consultancy with lived experience of the barriers related to gender, cultural diversity and disability, Measure to Evolve brings an inclusive, collaborative and evidence-informed perspective to every project.

We combine rigorous evaluation, practical strategy and evidence-informed reporting to help organisations strengthen services and demonstrate meaningful impact.

Our Approach

Every organisation collects data. The real value comes from turning that data into meaningful evidence that informs action.

Our approach is built around three principles:

Measure Insights
Collect and interpret evidence that matters.

Demonstrate Impact
Translate evidence into clear, meaningful reporting that demonstrates outcomes to funders, boards, government & communities.

Evolve Strategy
Use evidence to strengthen programs, services and strategy direction.
