Our Story

Measure to Evolve was established to help organisations move beyond outputs to understanding and demonstrating the difference they make. We partner with government, local government, philanthropic and community organisations to generate, evaluate and use evidence to improve programs, services and strategy.

As a woman-led consultancy with lived experience of the barriers related to gender, cultural diversity and disability, Measure to Evolve brings an inclusive, collaborative and evidence-informed perspective to every project.

For more than two decades, our work has been built on rigorous research design, mixed-methods analysis and evidence-informed decision-making. Today we combine that foundation with contemporary evaluation, Theory of Change, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), impact measurement and social impact practice to help organisations generate credible evidence and use it to improve outcomes.
